I consider his work to upgrade my Apple desk top and my wife's and my laptops to have been outstanding . He is efficient , quick and dedicated to resolving problems thoroughly with minimum cost to the client . Moreover he was perceptive in realizing my complete lack of knowledge about software or what in the world he was doing and was matter - of - fact about it and in no way showy like some techs who like to talk over a clients head to demonstrate their knowledge . He is a quietly empathic person to an older person like me . I admire his abilities and disposition and work ethic and would recommend him to anyone without any qualifications whatsoever .
