José quickly diagnosed the problem removed virus. He also checked the computer to make sure that my antivirus was up-to-date and working properly. He also checked the complete computer to make sure it was working properly as well.. Very professional gentlemen highly recommend for any of your computer needs.

This was the best experience I’ve had with computer help he was very professional helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend if you have any issues this is the guy you need to see. 10 out of 10 experience. He drove an hour to pick up my pc clean fix and test it and held it till parts came at no extra cost and drove an hour back to drop off. Would definitely use his help again.

Jose responded quickly to my repair request and let me know up front what the service labor charge would be. He promptly arranged to pick up my laptop, then kept me current on his diagnosis and repair plan, requesting my permission for him to order the required parts. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and fair, with no hidden fees. Most services fall between $120–$150 depending on the complexity and time involved. We offer bundled discounts for multiple devices and first-time customers receive a special $15 off their first repair or consultation. Home visits usually run about $40 for a simple diagnostics and $80 for complex diagnostics, e.g. Gaming computers, home networks. Initial minimum of $20 diagnostics are always required if you choose to move forward with a repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call or message to understand your issue and schedule a convenient time for a home or office visit. After an in-person diagnosis, we explain the problem in simple terms and offer clear repair options with pricing upfront. Most jobs are completed the same day, and we’ll follow up afterward to make sure everything’s still running smoothly. We also use a 1 month (30 day) guarantee on anything that was previously working fine, or we make sure to continue working on it until completion. After 30 days we make sure to offer a discounted rate, depending on the terms and/or if method of repair is the same the next time around.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been been working in IT Computer Repairs for workstations for office work, gaming, at home, and casual use for almost a decade. I myself have 17+ years of hands-on experience in both residential and small business environments. While most of my skills are from years of real-world troubleshooting, I also stay current with the ongoing tech evolution of ever-changing tech environments in cybersecurity, device repair, and software diagnostics.
