I was having a problem with my printer not working as in the past. The tech after looking in what seem to be some books told me I could not get the printer to do what I wanted it to do I thanked him and started searching hp trouble shooter and they ended up telling me the same thing that I could not do what I wanted to do. Seems it might have been a update. The tech seemed to be right on the ball knowing where to look and able to tell me so I could under stand.

Appearances deceiving: The young woman with numerous tattoos and piercings was prompt, very professional, and helpful. Her superior, an older gentleman who joined her later to help with the pickup, while very respectable looking, spent much less time focused on my concerns and failed to listen to me on an important logistical issue no fewer than three times. Ultimately, he finally did hear me and was able to complete his task, but his overbearing nature really rubbed me the wrong way. I particularly id not care for his interactions with the young lady and the way he treated her in my presence. The 4 stars in my rating represents 5 for the young lady who seems to understand customer service, and 1 for the gentleman, who has much yet to learn. My score is also increased by the very positive interactions I had with the lady who helped me on the phone when I first called in, who was very skilled in guiding me through the process.
