Printer and Copier Repair

I was having a problem with my printer not working as in the past. The tech after looking in what seem to be some books told me I could not get the printer to do what I wanted it to do I thanked him and started searching hp trouble shooter and they ended up telling me the same thing that I could not do what I wanted to do. Seems it might have been a update. The tech seemed to be right on the ball knowing where to look and able to tell me so I could under stand.

These folks are truly amazing. They get a 100%+++ for communication, constantly keeping me updated: when they received my camera for repair, when it was being tested, when they were waiting for parts, when it was sent, and checking with me afterwards to be sure I was satisfied. And I am - very! They did an extremely professional job. My camera had a difficult to find, intermittent electrical problem. They tested it for several days, found and fixed the problem. I'm so impressed. I really didn't think anyone could find it because it was so intermittent. Bravo!
