I love these guys! They are so accommodating and friendly. Above all else, they seem to genuinely care about their customer. The first time I used their services was last summer when my dog spilled water on my MacBook. I was devastated because I was newly unemployed and had to pinch my pennies. (Besides that my car broke down in their parking lot.) However, they went over and above what I could have ever expected from a fix-it shop and they were very affordable. They won me over! I will always go to them first if I have a problem. My experience was so positive, that I love to recommend them to others. Yesterday, my MacBook was acting up again so I brought it in. I walked out with a working computer, as well as with a smile on my face and in my pocketbook. They will always be my first stop when I have computer problems! Thanks guys!

Brought my phone in for screen repair. When I picked it up, the next day I was told that it was working fine the day before but lost battery overnight so they could not show me it worked,.and to charge when I got it home. The phone would not charge. Brought it back, and after waiting a couple of hours I was told I needed to replace the battery. Ordered a battery. Brought the phone in for it to be installed. Came back an hour later and was told the phone was "acting wonky" and the person working on it was out to lunch. I got a call later that day from the person working on the phone and was told that the phone was working fine, and that it had been checked out and there were no issues. Came back to pick it up a couple of days later. Battery was dead. I was told to take it home and charge it. The phone does not charge, and will not turn on. Sorry I spent nearly $200 and instead of having a functioning phone with a cracked screen, I now have a phone with a perfect screen that won't turn on.
