Our computer wouldn't start properly. We asked Jim to take a look and help us fix the problem. Our major concerns were recovering data and determining if the hard drive had any issues. Jim managed the process very professionally by talking to us about what had happened and exactly what we wanted him to do before he began working on the computer. He quickly determined that the hardware including the hard drive was in great shape and that the issue was related to the operating system. He recovered our data and made suggestions that will greatly improve functionality. He was very patient with us and our many questions, answering them concisely. He had quoted us pricing before we hired him and his charges did not exceed the quote. We will be working with Jim in the future on updating our operating system and improving wifi performance. I recommend Jim to help with your computer issues.

I had Jim quote me for an advanced RAID configuration for my OS for stability and performance. For what I paid, the work he did for me was incredible. He absolutely went above and beyond what was expected. He cleaned and organized the internals of my home-built PC in addition to the hired task, making my machine more beautiful inside than it had ever been. Jim saved me hours upon hours of frustration, and took the associated challenges of the difficult configuration in stride. I am sure he spent way too much time on my project for what he bid to me, but to me that makes it clear that he enjoys making these machines happy. Jim was courteous and professional at all times, and I cannot recommend him highly enough for any computer-related tasks. A++++

Jim was extremely professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. My computer was hard to find parts for cheaply, and he worked with me to find high quality used parts to help lower the cost. The computer looks and runs just like new now! He completed the repair very quickly, and even took time out of a social gathering to return my computer to me so I could get it back as soon as possible. I would recommend his services to anyone!

I asked Jim to move 127GB of photos off a failing laptop to an external hard drive. He reformatted the hard drive, put in an external drive case, and provided a USB 3 cable. And he did it quickly. Thanks!

Jim did a great job. He came out the same day I called him and fixed the problem I had and then some. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job explaining everything he was going to do before he did it. I would highly recommend Jim and will call him back if I need any other work done.
