The guys from Top Choice Renovations went above and beyond my expectations. I needed to have a poorly built landing and stairs replaced and Douglas came over within a day of me reaching out to review the project and had a quote to me later the same day. He was reasonable on pricing and worked with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted in the project.
The team that came a few days later, including Josue, Alex, and David, were nothing but professional and made sure the job site stayed orderly and were in constant communication with me throughout the project. The work they completed was truly craftsman level.
I can’t emphasize enough how impressed I am. When they finished up, they made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work before sending any invoices.
I would work with the folks from Top Choice again in the future. They do great work, stay in communication, and make sure the customer is happy. Hire them!

Douglas and the Top Choice team are true professionals. The work quality is great but the service is even better. We had a porch redone and one deck that needed to be completely replaced. The composite decking is wonderful. We are very pleased with the finished product. If we have any other home projects they will be our first call.

Douglas and his crew (Josue, David, and Jan) were fantastic to work with! Douglas was super communicative, and kept us up to date on everything from material orders to weather delays. Our deck looks fantastic and was done so fast! They will be my first call when we have another home project for sure.

I hired Douglas and Josue to help me with my deck which suffered from some significant wear and tear and was definitely in need for a revamp. They were both courteous and took the time to explain what they were going to do. They showed up when they said and the work was impeccable. I’ve already recommended them to some relatives.

It was difficult to limit my response to only three items, as Douglas, Josue and Alex were so good. They were very professional, always on time, and worked long hours, and very meticulous and caring in their work. I also became very fond of them in their time working on our deck. I highly recommend them and hope to call on them again!
