John was very professional, punctual, fairly priced and had great work quality. John cut and lowered my breakfast bar so that when my new countertops are installed I was have a much larger island ! Cant wait for the countertops to arrive. I would hire John again in a heartbeat.

What a relief! Most everyone knows that finding a contractor in today's environment is challenging. John was 1 out of 3 contractors I am trying to work with who actually:

1. responded initially in a reasonable time
2. arranged to come for a quote and came when he said he would
3. provided a quote within a matter of hours and an estimated start date - 1 week out
4. showed up on time, on the right day, and stuck to the job until it was finished at the price quoted

This may not seem like much if you were raised old-school, but it is nowadays. A reliable, knowledgeable, and skilled tradesman is a valuable asset. We are fixing up a 100yr old bungalow with damaged plaster walls/ceiling and John didn't hesitate to evaluate the work, explain the repairs needed and perform them. We are so pleased with the quality of work that we have asked him to work with us again on another project at a different location.
