- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are extremely transparent and competitive. We do everything we can to make sure the customer receives the best price for the best quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off by creating an on-site appointment with our customers. Once we agree on a date and time we send out one of our friendly pros to do a complimentary consultation. After all the specs and details have been noted down we check for the best rates on the material with different vendors and send out a detailed estimate via email. We walk every step of the way with the customer throughout a fence project and make sure no questions or concerns are left unanswered.
