Orlando and his crew showed up when they said they would, worked extremely hard, and did an incredible job on the floors. I'm definitely going to use him for my next flooring project.

A five star experience! Orlando was very prompt and professional in returning my calls and scheduling an on-site estimate. His estimate was more than reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the work. Not only that, but they braved my icy driveway and sidewalk to install on a day when most other folks would have stayed home with a fire and hot cocoa. Finally, I had purchased my own materials and Orlando made a recommendation about the use of a different shoe molding than that which I had purchased and I'm very glad he did, and he handled obtaining and staining the better choice to match the laminate floors. I am very pleased and what's more, the work received the seal of approval of a good friend that is a perfectionist and installed floors for a living in a past life. A+ service, I would definitely hire Orlando again and would recommend him to anyone.

We hired Carolina Hardwood & Ceramic Floors after they came by and gave us a quote. The work was scheduled and completed within 2 days. Great work and professionally done despite being a difficult job. Orlando handled the job himself. Price was good too for the amount of work. Despite it costing him a bit more than quoted he stuck to his original quote.

Orlando and his crew did a great job, and we would not hesitate to hire them again. They were great at communicating what was to be done, when it would happen, and were flexible when we had to push back the job 6 weeks due to a foundation water leak. Excellent job. Highly recommend.
