And you only pay once the job is fully completed and you’re happy with the work! We also offer bundle deals when you have multiple items that need to be assembled or installed. At Bright Star Services, we make it simple and stress-free for new customers! Contact & Details: First, you reach out (by message, call, or email) and let us know what you need help with — furniture assembly, TV mounting, junk hauling, or anything else. Clear Quote: We’ll ask a few quick questions about the item(s) — brand, size, type — and provide you with a clear, upfront quote based on the project. Scheduling: Once you’re happy with the quote, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you — often within the same week! Professional Service: We show up on time, get the job done cleanly and carefully, and make sure everything is built or installed the right way. Payment After Completion: You only pay once the work is completed and you’re fully satisfied — no upfront payments, no stress. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Bright Star Services because I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and helping people. At first, I was just assembling furniture and mounting TVs for family, friends, and neighbors — and before long, word spread. I realized there was a real need for honest, reliable, and skilled help, especially for people who didn’t have the time, tools, or experience to do it themselves. That’s when Bright Star Services was born — built on hard work, attention to detail, and treating every customer’s home like it’s my own. Now, we’re proud to serve homeowners, renters, and businesses all over North Carolina, one project at a time.
