Mauricio’s service was excellent. He walked me through every aspect of the repairs he was providing and ensured I understood the work he’d be performing and listened to my questions. Rather than pressuring me into extra service, he explained the key items my car needed, as well as what could wait a bit. Then as he was servicing the car, he went above and beyond. For example, the place that had done my most recent oil change left an oil spill and broke a small plastic clamp underneath my car — Mauricio showed it to me then cleaned everything and replaced the small part at no additional cost. He is honest and meticulous, two great traits for anyone you’d want working on your car.
