Made an appointment. Got a call from TGD that day of the appointment telling me they couldn't make it. Had to go out of town so I could't reschedule right away. When I did call to reschedule, I called twice, left two voicemails (their website appointment scheduler doesn't work, so don't bother with that), and never got a call back. Emailed them and finally heard back! Scheduled an appoint for today, 8/12. Tech will be out between 4 and 7, they said. He'll call 30 minutes prior, they said. Phone rings at 7:11. Guess who's not getting my money?These people aren't the only game in town and judging from their lack of enthusiasm, they don't need your money. Call someone else.

During a power outage caused by Hurricane Matthew (October, 2016), I noticed it was extremely difficult for me or my wife to lift the double door without the assist of the garage door opener. I contacted Triangle Garage Doors and they responded as quickly as possible (considering the local power and phone outages). They sent Anthony Valle to my home, and he quickly assessed the situation and made the necessary adjustments to the tension springs to enable me to lift the door safely in the event of another power outage. Anthony was extremely courteous, and explained the entire repair process and warranty. I am very appreciative of the promptness of Triangle Garage Doors, and am equally impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of their employees (as exemplified by Anthony Valle).Larry Fuller

I cannot say enough positive things about Triangle Garage Doors! They are hands down the best service company I have encountered in my life!! Not only do they do the job right but they follow up with the best care when something happens that has nothing to do with anything they did!! Roy is the owner and I have had the pleasure of working with him multiple times - he has personally installed a new motor on our garage door, and he has also come to provide maintenance work to our door when we needed it. Recently we have had a couple of issues, the outside panel wasn't working - he fixed it! Then a couple of days ago the spring for our door snapped and broke.... I had no idea what had happened, all I knew was it was 10:00pm my garage door would not open, my car was stuck inside and I had to be at work at 8am. I called Roy and he got on FaceTime with me, he saw exactly what was going on, he knew immediately what was wrong, how to handle the situation, and how I could get my car out. With a little bit of guidance from him, some help from my husband and some elbow grease we got the door open and the car out of the garage! Roy got us on the schedule the next day to get our spring fixed so we can now open the door and everything is back in working order!! Like I said, best service company ever!! What other company FaceTime's with their customers at 10:00 at night to help them? I'll tell you - no one does other than Triangle Garage Doors!!! Thank you Roy!! Thank you for running an amazing business!!
