Great experience, highly recommended, and exceeds expectations. Everyone needs trusted contractor. We discovered significant water damage, and with a newborn child at home, our family did not need this additional stress. Excellent restoration fixed all the damage within 48 hours, was super responsive to all my concerns/questions, and also provided additional plans/work to ensure this did not ever happen again or anywhere else (these leaks have been an ongoing problem that I have struggled with for years in this house). I think most importantly, while Excellent Restoration (Denis and his team) clearly have excellent technical skill, they also have great judgement in creating the best plan for the project, to ensure you get exactly what you need and want.

Dennis's company did an excellent job replacing the vinyl siding on my mom's house! He was able to find siding in record time to accommodate a surprise 2-week renovation for my mother. His crew were on time, worked efficiently and did a great job! Thanks Dennis!

We had a great experience with Denis & co. They came at a convenient time to look at and measure our windows. Came back to sign the contract and collect deposit at another. Convenient time for me. The windows came in faster than we expected and they did the install of 37 windows in one day. One of the windows was damaged during shipment and they had already submitted for a replacement and came back quickly to replace the pane. We are thrilled with the new windows, the finishes around them and our entire experience with Excellent Restoration.
