- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teachers and staff attend our annual trade conferences and conventions and participate in their training sessions. We also attend events in Washington D.C. and other seminars held by various organizations such as MENT, PAS and SupportMusic.org.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide music lessons for a large range of instruments including piano, voice, guitar (electric and acoustic), saxophone, drums/percussion and bass guitar. We also teach all ages and we believe everyone can learn to play and enjoy making music.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A customer purchased a drum set for a Christmas present and we had it shipped directly to their home address. We received a call from the customer on Christmas Eve that they were having trouble putting the drums together so we drove to their house to offer assistance. When we arrived we saw that the drums were delivered missing a box of hardware needed to complete the job. We went back to our shop and rounded up all the little parts needed to put everything together and then drove back to the customer's house and helped them get the drums together and set up for the next day. We want to exceed our customers expectations and make them happy no matter what it takes.
