Courteous of home (shoe covers) and COVID-19 requirements- mask etc. I had a Number of issues - but all were fixed on 2 visits. Allowed me to order in own part and came back out. Handled my inexperience with my own appliances well and figured things out on own. (New home owner) would gladly recommend and use again. Also recommended work I could do on own or hire them to do- very appreciative.
