I had a failed window in a bathroom that was unusual dimensions and in a very high vaulted ceiling. Trey responded rapidly, arranged a consultation and gave a quote for the window and labor. The replacement window arrived in the timeframe he estimated and the installation was completed shortly afterward- even on a weekend! It looks really nice and I was pleased with the experience from start to finish.

Trey was very professional and took care of our repair quickly. The new window panes look good without the need of replacing the entire window unit. I don't think that the upper sash is insulated between the dual panes of glass now, but it is much better than having a hole to the outside or twice the repair cost.

Without a doubt, this is the best handyman I’ve ever hired. He exceeded my expectations in every way. He was incredibly prompt, professional, trustworthy, and genuinely cared about doing quality work.
He treated my home with respect, communicated throughout the entire process, cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished, and went above and beyond. He replaced several of my windows and repaired drywall patches in my ceiling, and everything turned out great.
I couldn’t be happier with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable handyman. My only regret is not finding him sooner.

It was a great experience to work with Trey the owner of Modern Look Custom Installs! He was professional, punctual, and I appreciated the effort he made to see the scope of project before hand. We gave my clients a refresh with new lighting and mirrors in 2 of their guest baths. Both Trey and the Electrician Harry were great! I’d highly recommend them again.
