- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free quotes. Those quotes are good for 60 days. We offer fixed labor costs for all items quoted and you'll only pay for the materials actually used in the completion of your job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule some time with you for one of our area managers to come out to give you a free quote. If you want to move forward, you can approve the quote online. We will schedule a time for the job to be completed. Upon completion we check in to make sure you are happy with the services provided and then send over a final invoice for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our pros are thoroughly vetted and have passed a background check. I only use pros whose work I can personally attest to. We currently have 5 crews that specialize in different areas. I use them for every job that makes sense and do not hire random sub-contractors to complete any work.
