- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid any and all jobs based on the job itself. And I also finance. And do payment plans. I only be the jobs only labor prices materials not included
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to sit down with my customers and get a feel of them and exactly what it is they want.And let them see that R&S is bonded and insured. on all work that we do! All customers pay for the materials I just charge for labor I had one customer that got me for $4,200 on materials so that's why I don't pay for materials out of pocket I'll leave that up to the customer then at the job takes over a week I will get a draw off the job so I can pay my employees all jobs are under a contract any money that is giving customer will receive a receipt and whatever else we do that is not in the contract is extra
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this line of work since I was 14 years old. And here I am 17years later, with a plethora of satisfied customers.
