Terry was an absolute joy to work with. He responded quickly to my message and was able to come to put up my TV at a date and time that worked for me. We already had an old tv mount on the wall but since we had tried to put the new tv on it ourselves we made a mess of it. Terry came in and saved the day, he was able to reassemble the old mount and made it work for our new tv. He was amazing. Now we can return the new mount we bought and save some money. I would recommended Terry highly for anyone needing his services.
