I love my floors. Such a good person and his work is amazing. I have had mine done for over a year and they look brand new. I just sent him another customer. Everybody loves my front porch, garage, and screened in porch. Very reasonable rates.

I don't know where to begin, however from start to finish I am beyond pleased!! I never had to wait for a response when I initially requested information. Everything from picking out the color, measuring the area, estimate and signing the contract was done via text or online. Texting kept me up to date on their expected arrival. Fred and Jake arrived and expertly provided a product worthy to show. These young men were polite, professional and friendly. (Can we get them cloned?) I am over the moon!! We recently purchased a 10 year home and the garage floor needed some love. After several weeks of research and communicating with various garage floor companies, we moved forward with Fortress Floors of NC. Up to that point, we hadnt had the best experience with any of the larger or smaller owned companies. Lots of runaround, lack of communication, and heavy sales. One flooring company in particular backed out of an in-person estimate appointment at the last minute because my wife wasnt able to be present. In my opinion, it was a heavy sales tactic to remove an objection from moving forward and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Another one showed up after lunch smelling like alcohol Fortress floors at North Carolina is a husband-wife duo that has great communication, strong work ethic, an extremely fair price, and most importantly did an incredible job making over my garage floor. I will confidently recommend them to all of my family and friends, and be sure to reach out to them for my next project.

Fortress Floors of NC showed up on time and did a great job on our front patio. Finished everything in one day. Their work ethic is high, the clean-up is spot on (no mess at all) and the final product is wonderful. The front patio POPS, compared to the "blah" of grey concrete. I have to say the level of care that they took, they acted like it was their house (from initial bid to final completion). A++ all the way and I would recommend them to anyone.

I finally have the garage I had dreamed of. The floors were the last touch and had the greatest impact. The price was reasonable enough we added the porches and hope to get the patio later. He did the garage in one day and the porch the next. Super friendly and prompt. I could not be more happy.
