Introduction: There is no "Cookie cutter" design to my clients. Everything is designed for the way they want to use their home or business. I am a good listener. The home should reflect the owner's taste ... not mine. My job is to create the place they want to live in by hearing their needs and desires and then using my training and experience to make that happen. Your home is the place where memories are made and is the largest investment most people make. I like to help them derive every bit of interest that's coming to them. Seeing a smile on my client's face when they see their ideas have come to fruition is the best feeling ever. My volunteer work with the USO, Duke Raleigh Hospital and The North Carolina Symphony give me that same feeling of satisfaction.

Vicki was a big help working with us on our porch project. The all weather curtains work wonders enabling us to use our porch year 'round and are very attractive. I am so pleased with the fabric selected for the furniture! We love our new space! Thank-you, Vicki!

Remodel of master bath. Furniture layout, redecorate of master bedroom. She was especially good at furniture layout. Very good with color. Also furniture layout in living room along with color choices.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My usual contract is seventy five dollars an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give prospective clients a complimentary consultation. Ask lots of questions so that I can determine their needs, including time frame and budget. If we feel we will make a good team we'll sign a contract and get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Interior design was my major. Continuing education is a must and supplied by professional organizations as well as over twenty years of experience in home and hospitality design.
