FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount for Military, Police, Firefighters, EMS and other First Responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Easy Booking You can book online, over the phone, or have your agent do it for you. We make it simple and quick — pick a time that works, and we’ll confirm everything promptly. 2. Pre-Inspection Communication Once scheduled, you’ll get a confirmation email with the date, time, and inspector’s name. We’ll also send over an agreement form and details on what to expect before, during, and after your inspection. 3. Comprehensive On-Site Inspection On the day of the inspection, your licensed FPI inspector will arrive on time and walk the property thoroughly — exterior, interior, roof, attic, crawlspace, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. If you’re available, we’ll walk you through key findings in real time. 4. Same-Day Digital Report Within hours (often before dinner), you’ll receive a detailed, easy-to-read digital report with photos, descriptions, and clear action items. This report is designed to support your decision-making — whether you're buying, selling, or maintaining. 5. Post-Inspection Support Have questions? We’re here to help. Our inspectors are happy to explain findings in plain English, and we can hop on a call or Zoom if needed. You’ll never be left wondering what something means. 6. Add-On Services (Optional) Need radon testing, water testing, a sewer scope, or a termite inspection? We can bundle those in — just ask when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’re here to make the process smooth, professional, and as stress-free as possible. That’s the FPI way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
