Our fees are based on the square footage of the home and the year built.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that our clients meet us at the home to join us as we evaluate the home. It is important that they see first hand their home's systems and components. How to maintain them, what to look for when there is a concern and who to call when service is necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, School of Architecture at the University of Florida. I am a licensed home inspector, general contractor (NC and FLA) and a REALTOR.
