- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices may vary based on the state of the home and the distance traveled. We don't charge by the hour because we believe it may not be fair to the customer; offering a flat rate ensures the job will be done correctly and the customer will be satisfied. Sending pictures of the areas you want cleaned or scheduling a video consultation is strongly encouraged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a Consultation, it could be virtual or in person. If in person and you book there is a no fee, if virtual it's completely free. We assess your space and find the right services and budget that works for you. You have the option to decline whatever we offer, and it's only a recommendation.

We've worked with many different customers including commercial, residential, and independent living settings.
