Griselda and her team have been helping with my housecleaning for some months now, and they are always thorough and do a great job with the cleaning. I have hired Griselda three times. She has only showed one time on time! The third and final time I hired her. She insulted me and told me that I needed to pre-clean my master bathroom before she comes. WTF?!? I am paying you to clean. Why should I clean before you get here? Just charge me to clean it. I can pay it.

Hello, Anna. With all due respect, I have just seen your comment. I feel this review is unfair to us, as I never insulted you—that is something that wouldn’t even cross our minds. When explaining our work, we discuss what the final result will look like based on the condition of the areas and how we approach them. We love doing our job with dedication and respect you, your family, and your home; we value the trust you place in us by opening your doors to us. What I meant to explain is that when an area is cluttered with accumulated items, we cannot do a proper job; we can only clean around the objects or in the clear spaces. We never intend to offend anyone. The same applies to the kitchen: if the sink is full of dishes, we need the space clear to prevent accidents and to be able to use the faucet and clean properly. If you need us to wash the dishes, we certainly can—it’s no problem for us—but there is an additional charge. That is what I was trying to explain. I apologize for the misunderstanding. Thank you for the opportunity; blessings.

The customer should know I require a deposit for mine and their saftey. The price we always talk it out to make sure it’s fair for both of us.

My typical process is greet them introduce myself, explain my job and than ask the client their needs and what they need or want I’ll work professionally.
