- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do a good job and won't cut corners. I work hard and make things right if it's not up to your expectations. I don't always have the cheapest prices but you always get what you pay for and most of the time more from my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically meet you see what work you are wanting, Go over you're expectations and needs. Then get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with computers since I was 8 and built my first one by myself at 15 with money saved up from my summer job. I enjoy computer work the most out of all my skills but still enjoy all the others. I have worked in manual labour for 5+ years, have cleaned Windows for 4 of those years, works with many different situations and have knowledge that can help you out and meet or exceed your expectations.
