- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We star with an initial inquiry response, an in-home walkthrough to define scope, a detailed quote, and a high-quality initial deep clean (we recommend that) but its is up to costumer preference.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always loved the feeling of a clean home and found cleaning to be therapeutic. I started my business to bring that same sense of calm and order to busy families in my community. I wanted to create a career that allowed me to be my own boss and set my own schedule, so I leveraged my skills in home organization to launch my own cleaning service. I started with just a few clients—friends and neighbors—to perfect my techniques and build a reputation for reliability and attention to detail before expanding.
