- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No obligation quotes: We don’t charge you for estimates or add it to the cost of your estimate later on. Our estimates are provided without the hassle of pushy sales. We offer transparent and value-based pricing: Surprises? Fun. Pricing Surprises? Not so fun! We know surprises aren’t welcome in the contracting world. With That 1 Painter, you can rest assured our work will be entirely transparent and consistently well worth the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in-person appointment to meet with you and discuss your project needs. Our estimates are free of charge with no obligation. Typically for a standard home or business, we can gather the information we need for a quote in 15-30 minutes. Once we leave the site you will have your quote within 1 business day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an amazing team of painters and owners with decades of experience. Our brand has been around for over 10 years, and we emphasize training so we get your project done right.
