FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive for the quality of work, finish and guarantee. There are companies that are cheaper, but cheaper is not always the way to go. Cheaper can cost you a lot of money later on to do it right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for a picture of the cabinets with a count of how many doors and drawers. I will then send you a quote based off that information. If the quote is within your budget I will bring you out samples and explain the work process and schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business for 32 years with many training classes as well as teaching workshops.
