What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most lawn sizes are congruent throughout neighborhoods. Small, medium and large size neighborhood yards generally increase with size from $10 to 15..starting from around $35. I remind potential clients that final estimates are given on site as some yards are more labor intensive than others. eg. more edging, picking up debris
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask new customers what they would like to see. I explain to them the timeframe for seeing results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to read up on new things. The classes that I would like to attend are expensive.
