The customer service experience on the phone was great! I felt super comfortable, but when I got home to look at the grass, the entire yard looks untouched. I paid $70 plus gave gratuity. I did get an opportunity to speak with PJ and he told me that healthy grass shouldn’t be cut below 3 inches. Which explains why the grass isn’t as short as I usually have it. The team is knowledgeable and skilled. He also mentioned that he doesn’t do weeds as a basic service, but was kind enough to offer some products for me to correct the issue. Not a bad team, I just wasn’t clear with my expectations.
