Introduction: Darlene has been practicing as Life Coach for over 10 years. She is passionate about helping individuals. Darlene is proficient and experienced as a Board Certified Christian Life Coach, Board Certified Biblical Counselor and an Accredited EFT Practitioner through EFTi (The number one certification training in tapping throughout the world).
She believes everyone can overcome obstacles by eliminating their toxic thoughts, stressors and anxiety and learn to develop positive, healthy habits and thrive spiritually, mentally and physically. Her goal is to ensure that all her clients flourish in their relationships, career and every areas of their lives.
Darlene works with clients throughout the world. Those who live locally have the option of meeting with her in person if desired and others on the phone or via internet coaching (Zoom, Skype, Google Duo or FaceTime). She commits 100% to each and every client to ensure they acquire their desired results and has experienced tremendous success as a life coach and as an EFT practitioner. Darlene currently has 16 specialized certifications in Brain Health Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coach Practitioner, Divorce Coaching, Career Coaching, Stress Management, Anxiety, Depression and Interpersonal Neurology, Narcissism, Health and Wellness, Marriage and Flourish in Life and Relationships Coaching, Extraordinary Women, Traumatic Grief and Loss, Stress and Trauma Care, Addiction and Recovery, and Suicide P.A.I.R.
She is a Presidential Member of American Association of Christian Counselors.
In addition to life coaching one on one and group coaching, she mentors life coaches on their journey to thriving in the profession. Darlene is a keynote speaker for leadership and women’s conferences, a Bible study teacher and leadership trainer. She has taught workshops on Stress Management, and Transformed Thoughts, Transformed Lives, developed and led a mentoring program and Marriage Classes. Darlene served as the Women's Ministry Director and Biblical Counselor at her church for several years.
