- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Long-distance moves: Priced based on the inventory, space. We offer discounts and specials for the clients from Thumbtack. Discounted packing of the fragile items and boxes are also available. Local moves: Priced based on the hourly rate, time taken to move you. To get a more accurate idea of an estimate, we always recommend reaching out and talking to one of our experienced representatives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new client will receive a comprehensive, detailed estimate for a move based on the information provided. If the client decides to move with us, we will set-up a date and a guaranteed time of arrival. We call in advance to confirm the date and time. Movers arrive as scheduled, go over the estimate, and begin work. Everything is disassembled, packed and loaded. We pack all the furniture items, packing of the boxes is optional. Movers will deliver your furniture and boxes, unpack furniture, and assemble all the pieces. Our customer service follow-ups through the entire process to make sure that our client is satisfied with the quality of services provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed and insured moving company. Our movers are trained prior to go into the field by the operations manager. The operations manager has passed certification for handling and relocation of household goods.
