FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a fee for service business, and my fees are discounted and competitive. I accept all major credit cards and debit cards. If I am out-of-network with your insurance company, I can file your insurance papers for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new client is to gather pertinent information about the client psychosocial, environment, and past family history to help accurately diagnose the client. Once a diagnosis is made then a treatment plan would be developed conjointly between the client and me to treat the needs of the client utilizing S.M.A.R.T. goals. S.M.A.R.T. goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based goals so that the client can have every opportunity to be successful in treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a State Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters Degree in Divinity, Christian Counseling, Alcohol, and Other Drug Counseling. I have over twenty years of counseling experience with specializations in Licensed Professional Counseling and Clinical Counseling. I am currently finishing a Ph.D. in counseling at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a projected graduation date of 2020.
