Great experience. Bill came out, looked at the bricks of my aging front steps, walked me through the work required to repair and protect them, and gave me a fair price. Less than a week later, Bill arrived at the appointed time with a contract in hand, and once we confirmed the scope of work - out came the noisy tools and loads of dust as he transformed my front steps into better than brand new. Bill replaced a few missing bricks, tuckpointed the 3 steps and waterproofed his work. I highly recommend Bricks and Stone Masonry, LLC ... I would definitely use them again. (Note: The before pictures were taken before the stairs were powerwashed and before Bill started his work, but the power washing process dislodged even more motar in the process.)

This project began early February. Our patio had a few places of sunken brick, and all the mortar needed to be repointed. The company said at the end, the finished patio would be washed. That was finished this week. Although I thought the project took unusually long to finish, the end result is very nice and so much better than it was. The owner did request final payment before the project was done, which I thought was surprising. They were to have put all the patio furniture back in place. But because it was going to take another week before they would be available to do that, we elected to do it ourselves. But it looks great, and I am glad we selected this company. I would recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.
