I hired him for several crucial masonry repairs, including two sets of steps, settlement cracks, and a complete porch repointing. Great experience. Bill came out, looked at the bricks of my aging front steps, walked me through the work required to repair and protect them, and gave me a fair price. Less than a week later, Bill arrived at the appointed time with a contract in hand, and once we confirmed the scope of work - out came the noisy tools and loads of dust as he transformed my front steps into better than brand new. Bill replaced a few missing bricks, tuckpointed the 3 steps and waterproofed his work. I highly recommend Bricks and Stone Masonry, LLC ... I would definitely use them again. (Note: The before pictures were taken before the stairs were powerwashed and before Bill started his work, but the power washing process dislodged even more motar in the process.)

Bill responded immediately to my inquiry and his communication with me was excellent. He did what he said he would when he said he would do it.
