Georgina “Joy” Dukes, Romeo’s mom! Where do I start? We met in 2013 because our birthdays were two days apart. From that day we had a crazy connection. Both growing up with troublesome surroundings. Here I was thinking my life had crazy times and I made it out, but listening to Joy’s story really opened my eyes. “Like how?”- is what I though to myself. How can anyone still work nights, go to school during the day, full time mother, and find time to speak and be a leader for others.
