Mr. Dawn is a very nice man. He was available right away to move a small console piano a short distance. I am new to Thumbtack so I didn’t know what I was getting. He actually has a box truck and the proper dollies and ramps for an upright and knew how to disassemble the music stand. His help was also a very nice man. A pair of very nicely mannered gentlemen. They were careful with the piano and didn’t risk injury in the way they dollied the piano to the truck ramp. The piano was secured in the truck so it would not move during transit. They were experts. The rate was market and the move was completed in a short time.
