- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure allows us to pay our movers a living wage. We offer competitive pricing and rates with no hidden fees. Often times the final cost will come in below the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we look to set up a consultation where we can see your home and what needs to be moved. This gives us the ability to give an estimate on how long we think the move will take as well as a recommendation on how many movers. Once the move date is set, we will contact you a few days prior just to finalize everything to make sure we're good to go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a great team of movers from the community of Neighbor to Neighbor -- n2noutreach.org -- who have logged many (many) hours of on the job training as well as training through the NC Utilities Commission.
