I was impressed with the professionalism. The owner of the company came and met me before the movers arrived and was present at the new location before everyone left for the day. I was super happy.

Arranged for assistance to take place today. No show, doesn't respond to calls nor text confirming if appointment was still being honored or not. Just sent cancelled invoice an hour before appointment & I had to read between the lines.

We apologize for any confusion. When we sent the invoice requesting deposit that confirms to us that you also are confirming the date and time scheduled. When we did not receive the deposit, we had to cancel our workers that were assigned to that move. Again we are deeply sorry for any confusion and misunderstandings that happened.
