⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about this moving company! The team went above and beyond to make our move stress-free. They were professional, friendly, and worked quickly but carefully. We had some very heavy items that we could not get upstairs on our own, and they handled it with ease. They truly saved the day and made the entire process so much easier. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable, hardworking movers!

I recently hired Mr. Tony Douglas of “Royalty packing and moving company” for some work at my house on Sunday, January 5, 2025, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results ! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Tony arrived on time, fully prepared with all the necessary tools, and got right to work. The tasks I needed help with were diverse, including “55” inch TV mount & cover the TV wires in the wall, (2) Towel racks, toilet paper handle, Curtain Rails in the master bedroom and replaced the batteries in two of my smoke detectors. Tony handled everything with skills and efficiency. Not only was the workmanship top-notch, but he also took the time to explain what was being done and offered helpful advice for future maintenance. The attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were evident throughout. On top of that, Tony was friendly, professional, and left the workspace spotless when finished. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. I would highly recommend [Royalty packing and moving company to anyone in need of reliable and skilled handyman services. I will definitely be reaching out again for future projects !

I was extremely impressed with Tony's work. He provided excellent service, was incredibly responsive to my inquirie, and arrived on time. What truly stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile. He even performed additional services that weren't initially part of the agreement without any hesitation. I highly recommend and will definitely use his services again in the future.

Pros: Good communication upfront, arrived on time, organized approach to packing. The owner def knows how to pack efficiently and effectively. Both guys were nice and enjoyed talking to them. Cons: The new guy packed slowly and some of the boxes weren’t packed very well. Overall it took longer than I expected and I ended up packing more on my own than I thought I’d have to. Overall, I spent more on the packing part of my house than I did on moving the entire house. It’s a question of efficiency - that’s all.
