- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting to know you — your goals, limitations, and lifestyle. Free Initial Consultation You’ll meet with one of our certified trainers to discuss your fitness history, goals, any injuries or concerns, and what you’re hoping to achieve. This helps us tailor everything to your needs right from the start. Movement & Goal Assessment We’ll walk through a few basic movements to understand your current ability and create a realistic, personalized plan that works for you — not a cookie-cutter program. Customized Training Plan Whether your goal is weight loss, strength building, improved mobility, or just getting back into a routine, we build a plan specific to your fitness level, preferences, and schedule. One-on-One Training All sessions are private and fully focused on you. You’ll work with the same trainer who knows your plan, your progress, and how to safely push you toward results. Ongoing Support Our team provides tips for staying on track between sessions, along with encouragement, accountability, and adjustments as you progress. We’re committed to helping you feel supported, challenged, and successful every step of the way — whether you’re just starting out or getting back on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of personal trainers brings a diverse background of education, experience, and specialties to ensure you get the safest, most effective training possible. ✅ Nationally Accredited Certifications – Our trainers are certified through respected organizations such as NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE (American Council on Exercise), and ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). ✅ Medical & Rehab Experience – Some of our trainers have experience in physical therapy, rehab, and nursing, which helps us safely guide clients dealing with joint issues, chronic pain, or medical conditions. ✅ CPR/AED Certified – All trainers are CPR/AED certified for your safety and peace of mind.
