If you are seeking a trainer to improve your physical fitness and to create a workout to address your specific fitness needs, Alex is an excellent choice. He helped my fiancé and I to get off “the Covid couch” and regain strength and energy, particularly focusing on our core and flexibility. We felt great every time we met with Alex, he was prepared, on-time and very personable. Five Stars!!!

Alex is so professional, considerate, and knowledgable. I went to see him for issues with back pain when exercising. Not only was he very attentive and considerate of this issue throughout our sessions, but he would consistently reach out a day or two after a session in order to check in with how I was feeling. If I was experiencing any back pain, he would send me a list of exercises that did wonders to alleviate the back pain. So kind, personable, and wonderful at his job--I would recommend anyone to work with him!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The most important aspect of any Fitness Program is a comprehensive Functional Movement Screen. Once we establish a baseline and a general idea of physical condition we follow a very logical progression in the name of Safety. We focus on Mobility, Stability and Strength, in that order.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always been interested in Public Health. While studying at the University I came to realize that there is a new epidemic that is sweeping the nation; People do not know how to move properly! With improper movement comes a host of problems. I realized early on that if you can help people to move properly and thus exercise properly, you can easily create a situation in which they learn to LOVE exercise.
