Isaiah was incredibly responsive and flexible. He understood the needs of someone who is much older and in suboptimal shape. He alternated core and upper body strength. He listens intently. I highly recommend Isaiah to anyone, but particularly to people like myself over 60 years old who need a compassionate and skilled trainer

Isaiah is a great trainer and I’m very fortunate that our paths have crossed. He is not only very knowledgeable and personable but also a very good listener and very dedicated to his profession. I am a 74 year old man who began working with Isaiah in April of 2025 (6 months ago). During that time I have made great progress in those areas which I felt needed development, namely, balance, stamina, and ease of movement which are some of the common issues facing seniors. Isaiah works with many folks my age and has developed a special expertise in meeting the needs of seniors. If you are, like myself, in the “golden years” of your life, you owe it to yourself to talk with Isaiah about a training program.
