FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The longer commitment you have with me the cheaper the sessions will be. My prices reflect my level of professionalism and knowledge. I am very flexible. I train to help people get their results, I do not train just for money. If someone truly needs help and money is something they struggle with I will go above and beyond to either find them something that works within their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 plus years of professional experience. Working with individuals, groups, and athletes of all different shapes and sizes. I am personal training certified and strength and conditioning certified from a nationally accredited organization. I have proof of successful employment at big corporate facilities, local facilities, and independently.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
6 years ago I become interested in power lifting and strength training. Through my own personal journey in the beginning, I realized my love for exercise and wellness. What really captivated me to be a trainer was the notion that I was able to give someone knowledge to mold their body and mindset into the best possible version of themself.
