Training with Jon Jon is the epitome of working smarter, not harder. If you like a physical challenge without wanting to spend 60-90 minutes at the gym - this is your guy! Jon jon knows how to pack an efficient punch in a 30-45 minute workout. The exercises he chooses are targeted, holistic (incorporating large and small muscles, and focusing on mobility), and fun. My workouts were never repetitive or boring because the movements are dynamic, varied, and resemble practical movement you’ll do throughout the day. Jon Jon also has deep knowledge of anatomy, making him easily able to modify exercises to accommodate any injury/pain point, as well as improve symptoms via strengthening of relevant muscles. This was very encouraging, as I didn’t feel like I had to compromise quality of exercise when recovering from an ankle and hip injury (within reason of course). The cherry on top of his impressive knowledge in personal training, is his fun and encouraging style. Jon Jon is the kind of trainer that will motivate you every step of the way, and push you past your limits. Don’t be afraid to push back on him if you need to ;)! Couldn’t recommend him more - loved how strong I felt even after just a few weeks. Thanks Jon Jon!

Working with Jean-André was wonderful. He quickly pinpointed my strengths and worked with my goals for fitness to find a regimen that suited what I needed. We have been working together 3x a week and I have seen great improvements in my stamina as well as overall body confidence. Would HIGHLY recommend to someone who is serious about getting fit but needs the extra nudge and knowledge that Jean-André provides.

My session with Jean-André was exceptional! He's a former college athlete, and you can definitely tell. His knowledge base is vast, and he had an answer for every one of my questions from form to isometric exercises to nutrition. Not to mention, the workout was so much fun! He tailored it to my personal needs and abilities, and I felt a healthy level of challenge without being discouraged. I'm excited to continue working with him this year, and have already recommended him to several of my friends in the area.
