I’ve been training with coach Ulyssa since January and let me tell you she’s INTENSE. Since being trained by her I’ve lost a total of 45lbs of fat; I’ve built muscle, gained insane amount of strength and endurance. Coach Ulyssa is very passionate, genuine, and knowledgeable about fitness and helping her clients. She nourishes you physically, mentally, and spiritually. She encourages you to push yourself every session. Coach Ulyssa is like a eagle; she has sharp vision and attention to EVERY SINGLE detail. She makes sure your form is correct so you get the maximum effect of the exercise without hurting yourself. She can create a workout for you with or without equipment and you will STILL be saturated in sweat and super sore. Also the most important thing about Coach Ulyssa is that she will meet you where ever you are in your fitness journey; don’t let the word intense scare you away; she has a diverse clientele; so not matter your age, level of fitness, if you have a disability or injured; she’s still able to cater to you and come up with a personal plan/workout for you. My experience with Coach Ulyssa has been nothing but great. I expressed to her my goals and concerns initially and she takes everything into consideration when she plans my workouts. Coach Ulyssa is patient and encouraging and I can truly say I have no regrets starting this new physical journey with her. 10/10 experience! Coach U is very attentive to my specific needs and challenges me to bring my best each time we meet. She’s always patient, professional and friendly but very passionate about getting results. I always feel good after a workout. Proper body mechanics and positioning is a priority! She’s unique in creating my workouts and dedicated to helping me reach my personal goals and provides resources, and advice. I always feel as though I’m her only client as her energy is always at 100%. Most importantly I feel heard and her response is always what I need to hear. Sometimes it’s tough/challenging and my mental from daily life/work I arrive overwhelmed but she has a knack for being able to help me clear my mind and get focus on my workouts. She keeps me motivated, her willingness to join in on the workout lets me know I’m not alone and she’ll be there every step! I’m looking forward to meeting my weight loss goals and I’m glad I ran across coach U to help me in this season of my life. She is concerned about not only my physical fitness but my mental and emotional wellbeing. This is her God given gift and her passion for helping people reach their goals is evident!

I’ve been working with Coach Ulyssa for almost a month now and I have lost close to 10 lbs within that short timeframe.
