I love Adrienne!!!!! I’ve been working out with her for a little over 2 years and she’s never gave up on me. Within the 6 months I’ve been more serious with my workouts and I’ve seen results!     Pricing starts at $50. Each session is charged by the hour.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All clients are to book for a phone consultation. During the consultation we will discuss your body goal, current eating habits, and health history.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I played basketball, soccer and softball. I also coached high school basketball, and later became a referee. I have been training for 8 years and have so many clients that have reached their goals and committed to a healthier lifestyle after training with me.
