Joyce has groomed my 3 Yorkies several times. I'll admit, I was pleased with their grooming each time. Joyce, on the other hand is very rude & abrupt. I was running about 15 mins. late for my appt.so I called to let her know & I too was scolded by her saying I was an hour and a half late. I know my appt. was for 10am, but she insisted it was 9am. This time, her attitude was unforgivable. She didn't know my circumstances for running 15 mins. late, nor did she care. Yes I did take it personally. She was absolutely wrong about the time and has never been a nice person to deal with anyway. If she treats human beings this nasty, how does she treat our pets? My Yorkies are all rescues, one being a tiny elderly fella with epilepsy.

Joyce is wonderful and talented. My poodle looked so cute after she groomed him.

The location is horrible. I was told to be there at 0830 and got there at 0820. Joyce yelled at me from the front porch and claimed that I wad supposed to be there at 0800. Joyce was very unprofessional and didn't take into consideration that the scheduler could have made a mistake. I know that I heard the gentleman on the phone tell me 0830! It took me 30 plus minutes to get there to simply get scolded! I will never do this again just to save a couple bucks!
