- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the customer to find out their exact needs and then we line them up with a pet sitter who has the best availability for their needs and a sitter who lives nearby the customer. Once we've lined up the sitter, we have the sitter contact the client directly to set up a time to meet with the client and the client's pets before service begins.
