This was the most seamless and beautiful experience I’ve ever had with a decorator/party planner. She came with so many creative ideas and really brought my vision to life. My experience with balloons, decor and beyond was not great. To start the original arrival time of 9 AM was changed the day of my event until 1 PM. I was told the same day that she would be late, but will be in an out in 20 minutes. My party started at 2pm! Upon arrival, it did not take 20 minutes, she arrived with a baby in a stroller, and my decor was poorly put together. With my purchase, it included tables and chairs, this prevented me from putting my food out and completing my decor. All that to say, I was late for my own party because of last minute accommodations I over paid for the product received all of my table to decor was dollar tree and plastic. The pictures I provided that I was told would be duplicated or similar to, for my backdrop DID NOT compare. One of the parents that came to the party had to readjust some things to make it more presentable. When it was time for pick up again, I was told she would be here at a certain time which turned into hours later. Based upon my experience, I would not use this service again..

It is unfortunate when a person tries to give you a poor review for their own personal issues. Your baby shower was on the 14th of October, you called me crying and cancelled with me the day before because you had not paid for the venue in full and they cancelled your booking and 75% of your guests cancelled on you. Two days later, you reached out to me that you had found an outside picnic area for the following week and I without hesitation accommodated you by moving things around to still do your shower. You called me the morning of your new shower date on the 21st to say you had gotten a flat tire the day before so you could not pay your final balance until you got paid the following week and still needed to get other things for shower. I advised you that I would need payment from you to show up and set up. You were able to borrow money and have someone Cashapp me (great)! We were not late, we arrived 30 minutes early and you sent your daughter to meet us and you called me 2 hours earlier to ask if I would /could provide you with additional decorations because you thought you would have more than centerpieces, backdrop, garland and balloon towers. That is what you paid for and was contracted for. Your Event ended early because your guest count went from 60 to 8 to 10 people. We assisted you with breaking down and this is your unfortunate review. Best wishes with everything despite your dishonest and disappointing review.
